I really like seafood.
I am obsessed with seafood. I discovered oysters one day when I was sick and I was given some oysters to have them raw as comfort food. But…I didn’t understand them fully. I did try them again and just fell in love. I guess they are those kind of food that you love or hate, nothing in between. And they do work better with a pint of Guinness.
But I wanted to do this recipe found on Jamie Oliver’s website, Cantonese style Oysters, knowing they wood be perfect ‘models’.
The planets align and I got everything I needed.
